Review on AvaPA by Mark Turner

I like that it has an easy-to use interface with many different options for customization. The reporting features are very helpful as well! It's not really anything negative at this time - but we're always looking into ways of improving our overall experience using their platform. We had some issues in the beginning when trying out new functions; however they were able to quickly resolve those problems through communication via email or phone call. If you need/want more than one option (ie both Payroll & Recruiting), there may be additional costs involved to add other services such as HRIS / CRM integration etc. Our goal was primarily just to have all aspects of hiring handled by 1 system instead of multiple systems which can sometimes get confusing if your processes change frequently.
