They're smaller than I thought, but that's ok, they definitely do the job. They're about the size of small bowls of soy sauce you can buy at a Chinese restaurant. The design is bold, graphic and very cute. Everyone who sees them remarks how cute they are! I've washed them in the dishwasher a few times and the design is holding up. I even dropped it once and it didn't even break. I really like these little dishes.
