I bought these for my 2016 Victory Cross Country Tour because I was fed up with the stock antenna rattling in my luggage and me every The top case got in the way when I opened it. Installation was easy, the hardest part was removing the old antenna. There was a choice of antenna mounting studs so just choose the one that works best for your application. As for the reception, this seems to work just like the original. I'm definitely glad I bought it.
