First of all I love that this heater actually works and has a proven ability to heat my food well above room temperature Temperature, unlike the last two products I tried. It does not appear to be a fire hazard and/or safety hazard like other products. The case material feels solid and well made. The heating plate and 12V plug are strong. The power cable is thick enough to support the heating plate. I was able to successfully heat two Hormel Compleats turkey and dressing dishes to room temperature in about 30 minutes on the first try. It might have been able to reheat two dishes even faster, but since this was my first attempt at reheating such dishes, after about 20 minutes I started opening the case to check the process. It would have taken about 25 years if the case had stayed closed. I am happy with this product and look forward to constantly having more choices than fast food.
