When I saw this for the first time, I was very hesitant to buy it. I didn't think you could get a shower like this for only $70. I was blown away by all the high and positive reviews and that is the only reason I bought it. The device came and turned out to be very light and cheap. The instructions were very vague and didn't mention anything about an extension cord (someone else mentioned it). When I first turned it on, it was dripping everywhere! I licked at every intersection and junction. I disassembled the shower, applied more tape and tried again. Water flows everywhere here too. Water leaked from one of the reassembled connections. I've tightened the connection with an Allen key (not included) but to no avail. I understood why it was so cheap. I tried contacting support via email only (very strange email address). After 5 days I got an answer that they would give me $40. a refund so I can "buy" a replacement arm for $30. Needless to say I repackaged it and returned the Revain. I have no idea why people didn't have the same problem, unless I ended up with a completely bad block leaking at every joint.
