Decided to ignore previous reviews and try cheap cartridges. Terrible idea. As other people have pointed out, they don't work well. Everything I type is either blurry or misaligned on the page. I've done the usual troubleshooting (cleaning the printer, reconfiguring the printer, etc.) and it doesn't help at all with those crappy cartridges. If you need to print something valuable, DO NOT buy it. Spend extra money on legitimate HP cartridges.
