Update: I'm only updating this because I get emails about 5-6 times a day from a company that basically "forces" me to change my review . The company spoke about its product. They sent me 2 free replacements and refunded me the broken screen as well. The quality still leaves something to be desired, the screen is very thin and breaks easily. I chose another brand which is much better. I'm giving three stars just because the company came forward and tried to fix things. For starters the small fiber cloth it came with was lying on the screen box in the Amazon box it came with, when I opened it it looked like it had been opened before. I removed the screen and found that it was cracked. I have ordered the moth screen several times and have never received anything comparable. The screen was thin and cheaply made, and the box didn't even have the word "balls" on it.
