I bought these fringes as an option to sew to the bottom of the bedroom curtains to minimize the gap between the bottom of the curtains and the floor. I liked the look of the fringes online but when they arrived they looked more like cotton than traditional fringes. There was no flow in it and it looked faded. I couldn't return it early due to c-19 so I still have it. Can I try to decorate a shirt with this? Or maybe donate to our local craft shop. I think the quality is good, it just doesn't fit the purpose I intended it for.
