My young adult children are rarely home when my husband and I sit down for dinner, so I split our leftovers between the two quite often. These divided plates make this task a lot easier and prevent the food from mixing. The plates themselves are pretty strong. The only complaint I have is that the lids warped slightly from being placed on the top shelf in our dishwasher. We can still use them and they still fit the panels, but they don't have a good seal around the panels. If the plates are tilted, they will leak. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. To be honest I don't recommend washing them in the dishwasher. I wish I hadn't.
