I saw enough of the zoom video and bought it, although I have a DSLR and at first I wanted to ate it. If you are engaged in photography or you have a DSLR and you know how to use it, then believe me, the nikon p900 will not even come close to giving any acceptable results in the photo. No harshness or noise, that's what you get. And if you don’t have DSLRs, then buy boldly, you won’t feel the difference compared to your old soap dish, but you can play around with the zoom =)
