Just installed. 1 star ratings are NOT FAIR. Read. I read the reviews, most if not all of the 1 star reviews were for the mount! This is a USER ISSUE, not a product! The reviews say the wall mount will not stick to the wall it's rubbish blah blah blah. MY GOD! Indeed! Oh well! Those reviews aren't even fair. FYI, wall mount reviews should be posted in the Customer and User Questions section. The wall mount resembles a strong cellophane tape interspersed with hard plastic. (see pictures) is normal. Be honest, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see that this will never stick to any type of porous or dry textured surface. A logical person would never try. This mount is only perfect for smooth surfaces! For example: mirror, glass, tile, plastic, porcelain, etc. I used glue and screwed the bracket to the wall with flathead screws (see photo), it popped up and was secure. also on the WALL. Note: THIS includes 9 heads or bushes, which is good for electric toothbrushes and multiple types of heads. 3 heads or brushes per cup. It really cleaned up the brush area. Caddy keeps various toothpaste, dental floss, etc. neat and tidy.
