I usually wear prescription glasses but I have these glasses when I wear contacts. So far they're really helpful now that I'm starting another semester of online courses. I don't usually struggle with eyestrain or blue light headaches. I only took them to protect my eyes just in case! The packaging is of excellent quality and contains everything that is described in the product description. I chose transparent frames and they are transparent with no tints. I'll leave an update when they start turning yellow. Gold frames are very beautiful and elegant! However, they pinch my ears as they are not soft. About an hour after wearing them, they started to hurt. I attached the goggle grips (I ordered a pair of Benvo 12's here on Amazon) and they got me out of trouble. I might update this if I go and spend some time wearing them.
