Like others, you will quickly find that there is no manual or software CD for the OnScreen Control Center. The drive simply links to LG's website where it's difficult to find this monitor. And when you do this, you get a "no matching software" redirect loop when trying to find drivers or software. I emailed customer support and they connected me to another monitor saying the software is the same. However, the page they linked me to says there is no associated software for this monitor. The web designer/quality control is just terrible. I bought this monitor because of the advertised performance, but I can't even find the onscreen software. You would think if the software is the same for all LG Ultrawides you would just link it as a page dedicated to that software. And then I thought that LG is a good brand. Save time and effort. Buy another brand where the software is easier to find. You don't have to search the pages of other monitor models just to find the software that will allow you to use the monitor for its intended purpose. If I could I would return my money and go with Asus or Samsung.
