Review on πŸ”΄ Renewed HYPERX Cloud II Gaming Headset for Multiconsole Use - Red by Somchai Tameeyasen ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best product, from those that I have viewed, I advise everyone!

In general, immediately after the appearance on sale, I immediately wanted to buy them to replace the Razer Megalodon. The previous headset also had a remote with settings, but it was so hefty that if you let it hang on the wire, the headphones fell off your head. Here the remote control is light, you almost do not feel its weight, while everything you need is there. The only disappointment was the quality of the microphone, it is very quiet and the interlocutors will obviously not hear you well if you do not put it as close to your mouth as possible. However, it does not capture a lot of noise, as, for example, I had with Megalodon, in which the microphone was terribly noisy even at the minimum volume. I was lucky with the price, otherwise I would not have bought it - about 9,000 is too expensive for them.

Pros
  • Excellent build quality Good sound insulation Light, you quickly get used to them, although, probably, it depends on the individual characteristics of the head Replaceable ear pads (leatherette + velor) - very useful, i. E. in leatherette, ears can sweat when it's hot in the room Stylish design (rocker structure copied from beyerdynamics models) Good and loud sound Detachable microphone - you can remove and turn the headset into regular headphones by placing a plug. There are several color schemes Long braided wire Convenient remote control with headphone volume, microphone level, stereo-7.1 switching, microphone switch and clothespin Can be connected to a cell phone due to a regular headset jack or to a computer (but then only headphones work)
Cons
  • Terrible microphone - quiet, greatly distorts the voice, although there is no noise. Similar in quality to a phone microphone The price is high, although I got them for an unknown reason for only 5900, when everywhere the price tag went off scale for 8900. The clothespin is very fragile. I broke after three months of use, split at the base, so you need to take care of it. A long wire sometimes gets in the way if you sit close to the system unit.
