I like how easy it was for me as an individual user, to use without any training or help from anyone else in my organization.

It can be very confusing when you first start using this software but once you get used to everything it makes sense! The fact that there are so many features available means we have never run out of things to do while working together remotely. We also love being able to easily share our work through different platforms such as Slack and Zoom which helps keep us connected even if one person isn't physically present in meetings.
