I use these bowls for dog food. I love her. They are just the right size; They are perfect for the feeding portion of my automatic water dispenser. They are very durable. My mum threw the box out of the way when it arrived (she didn't realize it was fragile) and everything was fine: no rips or anything! They are made of glass (more hygienic than plastic). They are not made in China. They are safe for humans (many food bowls are pet-only). They are also practical and can be washed in the dishwasher. It is very important to wash dog food bowls. Fats in dog food are a breeding ground for bacteria. This set is great. I have 2 small dogs and now I can change their food bowl every day. After 3 days I just put the bowls in the dishwasher. I highly recommend them to pet owners. They also come in different sizes.
