European design - stylish, understated, minimalist, expensive (at an affordable price!). Photos don't convey it properly. They are amazing. I LOVE this "Mynte" style OBAKU watch. The profile is incredibly thin/flat! I love it so much I bought it in two styles: BLUSH (beautiful soft nude leather, white front) and GRANITE (beautiful granite mesh strap, walnut front). Both have thin rose gold frames. See photo. I can't say anything about durability (yet). But honestly, for less than $70 it won't hit the wallet. I crave this aesthetic both for the looks and because now I can actually tell time without blinking! This "Minte" is last season's style, hence the low prices. But the current styles on the OBAKU website are still under two hundred. I'm so glad I found this brand. I'm so tired of 99% of American styles being so dated, tiny and boring. I've become a fan of the OBAKU brand! PS Guys please if you have never worn this type of mesh strap (Skagen also has similar straps) read the instructions. First, you can adjust the bracelet perfectly to your wrist - that's good! Read the instructions on how to flip the small mechanism so you can move the device up and down the mesh belt. And then CLOSE again. It's not entirely intuitive if you've never owned one, but there are plenty of photos/videos on the web (in addition to the actual manual that comes with the watch ;-). Next, you should feel it "click" firmly as you close the locking mechanism - a one or two step process. The watch will NOT fall out of your hand when properly closed. But if you're unfamiliar with this mesh tape locking mechanism, you'll have to play around with it to understand it. This style/mechanism is very common in European mesh groups. This is a proven mechanism. And you can personalize the bracelet size! Win - win.
