If you are looking for a conversion kit to install an HP2511 monitor or similar this is probably your only option. The installation and assembly process of the conversion bracket left a lot to be desired. The conversion kit comes with a conversion bracket, four bolts, 4 nuts and no instructions. I went back to the Revain site to look at the pictures and figure out how to install this on my monitor. Here are some instructions I followed to assemble it. The HP2511 monitor base has a button on the back of the base (in the opposite direction when looking at the monitor) of the base that can be pressed to release the base. Once you apply pressure, you can start separating the base from the monitor.2. They have a spring and a plastic cover. On the outer edge of the plastic cover you will find several tabs that you can push apart to remove a small plastic cover exposing only the spring.3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, you can now remove the visible screws to separate the spring from the monitor.4. You can now take the adapter bracket and attach it to the back of the monitor using the same screws that were just removed. If you have wider cables that need to be attached to the back of the monitor, I recommend routing them through the adapter bracket and securing them before screwing on the adapter bracket. I had a hard time doing this with the conversion bracket in place.5. The supplied screws and bolts will most likely be needed to attach the monitor with adapter mount to your new installation (e.g. monitor arms). All in all, the job is done, and adding a few simple instructions makes the process less frustrating.
