Definitely catches the eye and stands out. I would like to know that it was reverse sequins. But to be honest, it's pretty cheap and not very well made. Picked it up and the button fell off. Other things fall apart too. The seams are not well finished. What did I expect? Well, I know how the world works these days, but it's not cheap. And FYI, we only wore it once to a dance competition.
