I've only used it twice and still use it every time before deciding to supplement. My lashes last longer. Note that this will remove some of your extensions BUT be aware. I didn't care because I was about to fill up. I feel like it cleans and removes all the dirt allowing the new glue to stick to the clean lash when I get my new glue. Works great and helps my lashes stay in placeโผ๏ธ
