I bought this adapter about 10 months ago to use with 3 different laptops (2 different HP and Lenovo models). The device worked fine with all 3 machines, but 3 weeks ago it stopped charging Lenovo. At first I thought it was the adapter itself, but it turned out that only the Lenovo connector was defective. I emailed the seller and received a reply the same day that 2 replacement Lenovo plugs would be shipped free of charge. About 2 weeks later I got a replacement and now everything works as before. I've always been happy with this product, but the excellent customer service made me write this review. Highly recommended!
