Flimsy - the bad is rather soft and not like some other gym bags I have seen. Doesn't seem durable but only time will tell.Design - I bought it because of the Shoe compartment which is a great idea, I have other bags for other sports with similar features. But the zip-down door isn't mesh material. There is no ventelation. If any thing needs ventilation, it's shoes.Other than that, seems OK. three stars tops.
