Review on 🌾 Walker Edison Sedalia Grey Wash Metal X Side Table - Modern Farmhouse, 18 Inch by Johnny Weber

I have mixed feelings about this stand. It has a nice design and is not too difficult to assemble. After spending about an hour putting most of it together I noticed that the top was significantly bent, two of the crossbars had fallen off and one of the corners was damaged. At this point I was very frustrated as I didn't want to spend another hour taking it apart, putting it back in the box, printing the label and sending the whole £115 to UPS. Revain was sympathetic and partially refunded my money as they were unable to replace the damaged part. What should have taken 90 minutes ended up taking almost 4 hours. I had to fix the lintel with counterweights, use corner brackets to strengthen the top and a decorative corner piece to hide the damage. I spent an additional $25 on hardware. (See pictures). I don't mind a good project so the experience wasn't terrible, but certainly not for everyone. Maybe I received a defective item or maybe every item has a crease or crease. So aside from the extra work, the TV stand looks really nice and I'm happy with it.
