I love this hat, just what I wanted. Fleece lined, soft and warm. The bobble on top can be loosened up with a short blast of hair dryer (may look flat after delivery). I love that this hat has no pleats at the base as this style sometimes feels a bit too tight on my forehead. Great price, fast delivery, good customer service. **I would like to note that when I first ordered this hat, the one I received did not have a fleece lining. I came back and noticed this error. I was upset because I liked the hat but I wanted extra warmth. A new one / with a fleece lining was sent free of charge without being asked. It was their mistake and they fixed it. Glory!
