Very great product!
Even without the use of heat or ice to enhance the wrap, it is extremely comfortable to use. I love lavender and find its scent very relaxing. I imagine using it with heat or ice would be even more relaxing. I think it's great that an eye mask is also included. I have used the molded type with velcro straps and my hair gets stuck in the straps all the time and I find the added bulk of these straps annoying. It's more of a personal preference.
