it happened to another buyer it happened to me. It arrived in a box that only contained one parcel (no airbags like some people do) and when I grabbed it you could just feel it bouncing around freely so the packaging will prevent these items from breaking if done correctly becomes. but one of the four tabs surrounding it is broken but i hate returning things so i made this work. I used this with a Pioneer AVH-1330NEX on my 1999 Miata. idk if it was a radio that was a bit small but the bezel didn't quite seem to fit but like i said i hate returning things and having it fit. and once installed it sits fairly flat except for missing a corner where the snap piece was. everything is $12, so don't get too mad. I think if the packaging had been better or if the parts had been sold separately they probably wouldn't have broken as I assume the single sound most likely caused the breakage as this item is much bulkier than the dual sound. hope this helps someone
