I work in a large dental practice where we use a two-way radio to communicate. Because I wear gloves or occasionally work with patients, I can't always adjust or touch the earpiece. I bought this because the flimsy one I got from my job didn't cut it and let me tell you - I work 12 hour shifts and this thing isn't moving! It stays in place thanks to the small hook and adapts well to the ear. I will say that at the end of the day taking it off my ear hurts, but I prefer this to taking off my gloves every few minutes to adjust it. The sound is relatively the same as the previous headphones I had. I don't notice any difference between them. Highly recommended, especially if you need it for work!
