I've been using this product for a week. It seems to work. Since I have very sensitive teeth, I use a very soft toothbrush. I focus on areas that are very colorful. I live in Italy and drink a lot of wine and coffee and so far this product seems to be doing a good job removing extra stains (I use it after my morning coffee before brushing my teeth). He also removed some of the previous stains. I recommend trying it, but be careful, the charcoal can damage your teeth and/or gums. I do want to point out that any extra charcoal that comes off the brush or out of your mouth can be a bit difficult to clean off once you're done.
