Springs broke on 2 of 6

The upholstery is inconsistent, only one of the six chairs has a quality rear view. All others have crumpled or twisted seams. Of the 6 chairs I ordered, 2 of the springs had already jumped out of the latch. The company agreed to replace that seat, but the second chair broke while waiting to be replaced and I'm afraid this issue will continue. See photo. Overall the chairs are good value so that's probably what you would expect.
