The product is easy to use for both new users as well has experienced ones! Reporting of timesheets are also very helpful in making sure we're not over or understaffing our teams at any given moment during their shifts (which can be overwhelming!). I dislike how there isn't an option if choosing "None" - it's either all hours entered OR none when creating/editing shift schedules & reports which makes things seem confusing sometimes with some employees who work more than 1 job but don'';t always have multiple jobs available every week so they would prefer just one full day rather then two half days off each month instead since this could mess up your actual scheduling needs depending upon what date falls within those 2 weeks where only partials were selected). We've been using TpT now almost 4 years straight without problems other thsn minor issues from having too many.
