You really do get what you pay for. This wine rack was purchased as a Christmas and housewarming gift and unfortunately we had to spend an additional $30 to assemble it properly due to insufficient boards and hardware. The backs don't even line up properly. When I contacted the company about the missing parts, I was told to send proof of purchase. I went through my copy of my Amazon invoice and they kept telling me it was not large enough or had insufficient proof. Eventually we gave up and went to the hardware store and bought everything we needed to run the wine cabinet. Although it looks nice now that we've fixed it, you really do get what you pay for and that should have been my advice.
