I'm right in the middle of this product - hence the 3 stars. Pros: It is tied between each bead. Good size for 6-36 months. Easy to remove for a child (prevents choking?) Lightweight, very soft Adorable colors - natural tones - looks very cute on kids Cons: No, does not stretch Easy to remove for a child (doesn't work) Very lightweight - it really does Mine wore this for hours - no problems. But the drooling is 10 times more than before. My 8 months wore it all day - constantly took it off, ate, but there is no pain in his teeth? My conclusion, I'm returning this style and trying another. There seem to be benefits, but that's not working for us yet.
