Petite Measurements: Length from mid-shoulder to hem: 28.5 shoulders 18 inches armpit to armpit 20 chest 18 bottom 20+cotton polyester (you can tell), so I don't think so it gets less. Sent back because I didn't realize it was only one for the price. I guess they are tall and slim but I need some school uniforms and $24 each is a bit steep.
