I bought these to carry while I ride my scooter to the beach, to carry to the beach and to carry back from the beach. They are VERY COMFORTABLE! But they are blocks. At 55 they probably look like old beach shoes on me, but at 55 I know I don't care what people think of my fashion sense. (Like I have one. HA!) I love the soft peach color and the super soft material and comfy soles. You are perfect. That's exactly what I wanted. I feel like my feet have a little more protection than flip flops on a scooter, they're insanely comfortable, and they sift through the sand like a mother. They dry quickly and the sand falls off with a few hits. They are what they are and they are very good at it.
