I take them with me on the road more often than I use them for their intended purpose. They take up little space. Fold compactly. The bowls rotate in a horizontal plane. Without creaking, rotate quite gently. But I don’t risk putting it in a bag just like that, after all, dust and mechanical impact can subsequently affect the sound quality.
