I like that when there is an issue, they are quick to respond (usually within minutes). Nothing really as i haven't had any problems or issues so far but if anything does arise then their team of great customer service reps always get back in contact very quickly! So no complaints here :) Their price point isn’t too high either which makes this option nice for small businesses who just need something reliable at cheap prices without having loads more features than needed - also easy setup process & good documentation online plus excellent community forums etc where it can be accessed by anyone even those not familiar w/ coding language e-g PHP / HTML5 etc.
