Bought for Pirate Costume

This item looked great on a women's pirate costume but came with a chain that was not attached to the belt. The problem was easily fixed with a zip tie, but it's clearly a poor quality product. I didn't complain because a) the item was so cheap to begin with and b) I bought it two days before the night I needed to use it on a suit. It wasn't worth the hassle to replace but I wouldn't buy this product again if it wasn't for the suit.
