I was looking for a chair that tall and tall people would sit on. I tried 2 others and they were both very uncomfortable. It's very comfortable for a while, but it's not for long sitting. It has many good qualities. First, it can hold a person weighing up to 330 pounds. It has lumbar support built into the back that can go up and down but unfortunately mine didn't stay on and I had to stuff towels in to try to hold it up and sometimes even that didn't help. The armrests go all the way up, and leaving them down makes most chairs feel cramped, but not this one. The seat is wide enough for my bum and I love the breathability and mesh back. This is a well built chair and the best part is that you can email them if you ever have a problem with your chair and they will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their product . Their customer service is amazing and as far as I know they are very easy to deal with. So I would like to say a special thank you to Monica and her team for a job well done and fantastic customer service. and were able to answer my question immediately. They offered to send me a donut shaped seat cushion as well as a back support cushion to see if that would make a difference, but I didn't care. But the fact that they even offered it for free really impressed me. That's why I give them 5 stars because they stand by their word and if you're unhappy with something they try to fix it. So I would definitely give these guys a try, I know you won't be disappointed. It also comes in two colors: black and white.
