Review on 🚿 Polished Chrome Kingston Brass CCK6171 Vintage Shower Combination by Nadine Glaser

The description says it is for wall mounting but the connection through the wall is too short to accommodate the wall material and tiles. Emailed Kingston Brass Technical Support and Jorge replied that this faucet is for wall mounting in the bath only. It doesn't say that anywhere in the description! Then he suggested I buy some ugly swivel knees from them to make it work. I showed my plumber a photo of the faucets and he said it would be weird to add them to the faucet. So I wrote to Jorge from tech support several times to ask for another solution but haven't had a reply for over a week! I will probably send this faucet back and buy something else from the company with the best customer service. So my advice is not to buy this faucet if you intend to use it on a structural wall like a shower stall. It can only be used according to the technical support on the bathtub wall.
