I was very skeptical about this cabinet because of the bad reviews but for the price I was willing to take a chance. I bought 2 and boy am I glad I did! It is very easy to assemble (30 minutes). I don't know why a simple wire shelf can take hours to assemble (as some reviewers said) (I'm a woman). Although the instructions are provided for illustration purposes only, they are fairly self-explanatory and straightforward. It has more than 1 page to display. I've taken the advice of some other reviewers and I have a few, I hope this helps those struggling. Again very simple.1. I looked on YouTube before ordering to see how to assemble a wire shelf. This is the same type of shelving used in garages and food service establishments.2. There are grooves on the bars, and that's where you place the clamps with the arrow pointing up. Be sure to move them slightly until you hear a click. It won't close, but the shelves will close them when it slides down, and if the clips are positioned correctly, they won't slide down.3. To avoid the gap problem between the drawer and the cabinet door, place the clip and bottom shelf 3 1/2 knots from the bottom of the rack4. If you put the bottom shelf on top of the bottom shelf, it will be easier for you to slide the rods onto the shelf one by one, and then slide the rest of the shelves onto the rods. Shifts you have to position it correctly (listen for a click). 6. Do not throw away the foam inserts that came with the cabinet, they must be in the door with velcro. When properly placed, the Velcro closes carefully so as not to force the inserts or they could become damaged.7. The doors overlap. Has no chemical smell. The canvas material is smooth on the left door but slightly wrinkled on the right. The bottom shelf left and right is held together by a small hook (the top shelf too) but it lifts a bit and doesn't stay fully in place so I used some zip ties to hold it in place and didn't have any problems . For $68, I'm willing to ignore those minor flaws in favor of a large, roomy, sturdy, covered closet with doors. I doubt you'll find another closet that compares at this price point. Update: 3 years later it's still holding up great. The perfect way to get more closet space.
