Too big - widely spaced bristles
I have tried many different types of toothbrushes and this brush is at the bottom of the list. The head is too big for my mouth and the bristles are too far apart to be effective. After much trial and error, I prefer a brush with soft, dense bristles that clean the tooth surface much better without damaging the gums. The manufacturers of this brush advertise "green" because the handle is made from recycled natural fibers and is recyclable so it doesn't end up in landfill - that's stupid marketing.
