I used it to connect ground to a black dissipative silicone mat. Simply poke a hole and insert a bolt to add a latch that provides adequate electrical connection. Please note: This only works on an ESD mat. It can't impart electrical conductivity to any of those blue silicone mats, as they're pretty much the perfect insulator. It works with standard blue ESD non-silicone dissipation mats or black ESD silicone dissipation mats. It has two banana plugs to connect a standard ESD wrist strap.
