Installation was pretty easy. I've worn the case for two days and it's already scratched. Layers also tend to delaminate. In general, this is normal, although not surprising. Where there is no charging, there is an additional charging port. The corners are hollow, which is probably a good thing for a tablet. The body is definitely larger than it should be, making it a bit clunky and not very comfortable to hold. I wish the strap on the handle was detachable too, but it is sewn on. There are a few tweaks I would make to make this case more functional and user-friendly. The product includes a card that invites people to leave reviews in exchange for a $10 gift card. The card specifically says not to mention "Loyalty Reward" in reviews. So yes, you cannot trust any review with 4 stars or more.
