Very comfortable and also very slim profile. You can't tell it's a hat with built-in Bluetooth. There is a blue light that will illuminate to indicate you are using it. but it is hidden under the mantle so it is not immediately visible. Pros: - Slim, comfortable and stylish. - The battery lasts quite a long time and charges relatively quickly. - Sound quality is good but don't expect studio quality. sound from this (this is not intentional). Cons: - The control circuitry is woven into a pocket inside the hat. Sometimes the keys don't match. - There is no volume control on the hat itself. You must use your BL device to control the volume. - The hat is not very thick. The product arrived exactly as described and was able to be charged and taken to work fairly quickly. I've been using it for a little over a month, so far it's working well.
