Poor installation instructions
For a premium product they really need to improve their installation instructions. The "Quick Steps" on the protective cover show the installation on the phone. It should be noted that at least on the iPad Pro 11, the screen has a top and a bottom, but the installation guide does not mention this. If you get it wrong you're screwed - wouldn't it make sense to have an installation guide to make sure you get it right since you really only have one chance?
