I was skeptical about purchasing it simply because I wasn't in the market to buy it. After reading the reviews I will share mine with you. First opening of the box. I couldn't explain what the packaging looked like. You pull the tab and inside the can is already open. So it gives you a bat taste. When you see and use it, it has a James Bond vibe to it. Debonair fragrance/smell. I understand why you might assume it smells like regular body sprays. But I can tell you it's a very pure scent. Bold but not overbearing. Soft but enough to enjoy with your male or female friends. I have various colognes in bottles and sprays and I can say that they are not inferior to them. It's not a strong smell that can hurt your nostrils (my nose can be sensitive to certain smells). But strong enough. if it makes sense Excuse me. I learned to apply/wear this solid perfume by scraping it off with my fingernail and applying it under each earlobe and then down the neck. Now for the people complaining about longevity. Yes, it won't last all day. Just because you shouldn't be smelling men's perfume or your own. If so, then you are used to a lot. Men's fragrances are for women and women's fragrances are for men. So far I haven't used it often to say that people around me smell like this. I have provided this product with my seal of approval. Interested in trying other flavors!
