Normally I'd not be wearing wool since I live in Florida. I am hoping to head north for the holidays though, pandemic permitting. I grabbed a pair of extra warm socks, just in case. These are a nice neutral blue/grey color that'll go nice with jeans. When I first opened the package and felt the socks, I was like, uh oh. these are going to be itchy. I was pleased to see the insides though were a soft fleece. Since the insides are a synthetic, I don't know how that's going to affect the moisture wicking that is natural to wool, but we shall see. I haven't been up north in the winter for 30 years, so I'll likely need all the warms that I can get. Nicely made socks and not too expensive.
