Terrible! I would have sent it back if my husband hadn't thrown away the packaging. It doesn't warm above room temperature and with the deer pepper in it, it warms up for the recommended 45 minutes. The cheese he mixed didn't even melt. My husband is a landscape gardener and does not have access to a car. I thought it would be a great way for him to eat something other than cold sandwiches while chopping down trees in the 20 degree weather. I'm confused. Keep searching. It took me two weeks to find what I thought was the best product at a reasonable price. I even tried leaving water in it for an hour just to see and it turned off after 52 minutes at room temperature. super disappointed. Surely the seller tests the product before writing a description.
