Difficult at first but useful once fitted

This product does not come with instructions so you may need to refer to the photos here to see how to fit it. (I'd recommend marking the L&R once you get the hang of it with the metal marker or whatever.) I've had it for a few months now and have put it through heavy (almost daily) use. Now it's starting to fall apart and stretch a little. Probably won't be using it much longer. One problem I had was making sure the velcro doesn't touch your skin because they will rub and irritate. There is little room for error on the one lip that wraps around the ankle before it happens. Be careful. However, when it's on, it seems to stay in place. It smells a bit like any other sock or shoe. I've hand washed it many times in the sink or shower with body wash or shampoo and air dried overnight. It worked great.
