Great customer service, lovely readers love the colors, solid construction, very good quality frame, doesn't tangle in your hair like many others and is comfortable. I think the filter technology is the problem as other more expensive blue filter readers do the same focus distortion as me. Concludes that without them I can see much better at computer work, no matter the magnification or brand of glasses. Better for the phone and much worse for working on the computer. They feel like they are hurting my eyesight as the print on the computer screen is almost illegible, the shadows cast all the letters, etc. Strange glow. I'm just wondering if this is an extra filter layer on the lenses that is causing the distortion problem because it changes the thickness of the lens. Great company to buy from, good lens cleaning cloth and glasses cases come with all glasses. You are charming.
